Weightlifting Programming

We are excited to announce that Position USA programming is now live! Our initial program is designed for the weightlifting enthusiast, targeting the intermediate athlete. It will run on a daily schedule, with periodic rest days included. 

The program works off of percentages using different components of other weightlifting, strength, and conditioning programs. It is designed for athletes with relatively good form, and no injuries or mobility issues. This program includes a dynamic warm ups, barbell warm ups and static stretch programming.

Our program is developed and tested by coach Andy Thompson of CrossFit Hollywood. Coaching since 2001,  Coach Thompson has grown and cultivated hundreds of competitive and recreational athletes in every field of fitness. Beginning his coaching career in 2001 and then opening CrossFit Hollywood in 2008, Coach Thompson's gym has produced over 15 gyms worldwide that have all started under his instruction.
