Exchange & Return Policy

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and accompanied by the original hang tags, bags/shoe boxes. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Position USA. Please do not use the shoe box as external packaging and remember to include the original packaging slip for easy order identification. 

Here are a few more details about our Exchange/Return Policy.

    •  30-Day Return/Exchange Policy: All shoe and apparel purchases come with a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the size just doesn't feel right when you try them on, we arrange return shipping or an exchange with no additional costs incurred by you. Product must arrive back at Position USA within 30-days of shipping date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Before processing an exchange/return, be sure to read the following bullet points to make sure you are eligible. 
      • What items are eligible for exchange/return: All shoe and apparel items are returnable if the return request is processed within the first 30-days of delivery. All shoes need to be in brand new condition, with no signs of wear.  Any items that have any signs of wear, will be returned to the sender. Shoes must also be sent back in the original packaging. 
      • What items are not eligible for exchange/return: All shoes that show wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items that have signs of wear, will be returned to the sender.
