Return/Exchange Policy

Buying shoes or apparel online is tough! We completely understand how difficult it can be, which is why we are glad that you have found this page. 

Let us take a few quick moments to break down our Exchange/Return Policy.

    •  30-Day Return/Exchange Policy: All shoe and apparel purchases come with a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the size just doesn't feel right when you try them on, we arrange return shipping or an exchange with no additional costs incurred by you. Before processing an exchange/return, be sure to read the following bullet points to make sure you are eligible.       • What items are eligible for exchange/return: All shoe and apparel items are returnable if the return request is within the first 30-days of delivery. All shoes need to be in brand new condition, with no signs of wear.  Any items that have any signs of wear, will be returned to the sender. Shoes must also be sent back in the original packaging. 
      • What items are not eligible for exchange/return: All shoes that show wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items that have signs of wear, will be returned to the sender.
